Co-authored by Charlie Middlebrook and 92 year old Texas Dabney, the book tells the story of the last year of Texas' life. It is a fascinating recounting of telephone calls Texas made to Charlie as she struggled to live faithfully while dealing with age, sickness and mortality. Charlie describes her as a "Philospher, theologian, and philanthropist".
