Testimonials
From Independence Hall
For many years we have enjoyed a special outreach to our
older and/or disabled friends at Independence Hall. The light
of the Lord literally has brightened the lives of the blind,
the crippled, the lonely, the sometimes forgotten. They have
touched our lives. May their testimonies touch your heart.
"You helped me have a home after so long
on the street. You made me family! You gave me the courage
to reunite with my blood family in S. Carolina after over
30 years separation."
-Bobby
"I know you have been there for me and
you will be there for me when it is time to go be with the
Lord."
-Faye
"I try to tell everybody what Impact
has done for me. I invite everyone to share in the Bible study,
worship, preaching, and communion."
-Phil
"The most kindest group I have ever come
in contact. Even the children respect you. I call all my people
and tell them how good everyone is to everybody, no matter
their race, language, class or age."
-Barbara
"If your heart isn't touched when you
go to Impact, you don't have a heart!"
-Gloria
"Thanks for remembering me. Those groceries
help me make it for the month."
-Helen
"Personally, when I am at Impact, I feel
like I am home!"
-Ron B.
"The Bible studies at Independence Hall
are the defining event of my life!"
-Charlie
From Kenneth Adams
"My name is Kenneth. I've been involved with Impact Church
since I was 2 years old. I love my church family. I thank
God for what he has shown me through Impact. I think back
to my younger days and what made a difference in my life.
One, seeing other cultures get along at one church. Two, rich
are poor and we all are servants of God. The last is Paul
Woodward use to say "play hard" and "worship
hard". That means worship hard like you play. That has
always stayed with me. I want you all to know that God is
good."
